I?ve been a customer for over 15 years with Mountain View. Unfortunately, after this last experience I am not happy and I don?t think I will be bringing my business to you in the future. This is partly my fault for not reading the quote. Here?s my issue. I brought in my 2005 f-250. I needed 2 new tires, oil change, and air filter. The tires were $351 each, road hazard was $60 per tire, $129 alignment, and a nominal disposal fee. That comes to approximately $952. All of that seems reasonable. My total bill was $1,439. That means an oil change and air filter cost me $500. Your company charged me $191 for an air filter and another $40 for a TPMS kit. It?s a 20 year old truck. It doesn?t have a Tire Pressure Monitoring System. However, your company charged me for it. The most expensive filter I can find was $67 but they charged me $191. I?m so frustrated. Also, the air filter is missing 3 of its 4 clips and doesn?t look like it?s seated properly. I was so mad at the price and the fact that shady things were charged to me that I couldn?t walk back in or it would have been a situation. I?ve spent thousands of dollars with your company. I?m no longer a customer and if anyone asks me if I would recommend Mountain View the answer is absolutely not. One last thing that I feel you should change. It?s almost impossible to simply call the store. You have to go through this whole automated system and talk with someone in a different state or country. Very frustrating as a customer. Last time I went through all that BS to make an appointment and when I showed up the manager said there was no appointment made. I?m just simply done bringing business to your company.....Read More
