Mountain View did fix my AC a few months ago which nobody else could so I am grateful for that. Tuesday I went having been promised I had an 8am appointment. The fellow at the desk asked me why I thought I needed an alignment in a very nasty voice. Yes, I should have left. I said my mechanic suggested it and he said well why didn't he do it. He doesn't do alignments. So the appointment I had had 3 people before me. I am disabled I didn't want to walk around for 3 hours but I was anxious to get it done. So waited and then got a call that they needed to fix my shocks and get new tires. I just checked my tires and they were fine but I had them go ahead because I forgot I just looked at them. I'm not a tire expert. I hope they fixed my shocks but my car isn't feeling any smoother. This shared appointment with 3 other people was devastating for my poor feet. I don't think this practice is good for business or customers. It's just plain deceitful.. I hope they aren't putting more people in danger just to make a few extra bucks. I would suggest not using the appointment line. Make sure you speak to someone at the shop.....

I?ve been a Mountain View Tire customer for 23 years. I will never take another vehicle of mine, or any of my 6 children. I was quoted a specific price for a specific service and charged $64 more than I was quoted. No conversation prior to completion of service. I used to feel valued and I felt I could trust the team to not take advantage of the opportunity I gave them to serve me and my family. Not the case anymore. Just to be clear, it?s not the money. It?s the principal.....
