There appears to be a systemic issue at this location as this is the second time it's happened. I have a cargo van and the front tires have different PSI than the rear tires. Your techs a)do not read the manufacturer suggested tire pressure as all of mine where wrong. Additionally when they rotate the tires they don't adjust the tire pressure after they r on the vehicle. Which has made me drive 45 min. Round trip to have the tire pressure corrected after I pick up my vehicle. Surprised that the M.O.D. didn't see a problem when I brought to his attention. Separate issue is that the Manger does not speak clearly so I could not understand him on the phone. 3rd issue your company has outsourced all inbound calls to an off shore call center - who in wastes your time until they transfer u to a store. Customer service is slowly going downhill may have to start searching for a new mechanic.....

I came at 8:30 in the morning sort of in a panic because I had a flat tire and I had to get to work. However, everything turned around for the better as soon as I pulled up to the garage! I was greeted, and I explained what was going on. I was allowed to get my car serviced and fixed while still making it to work on time and being able to pick up my car later. They also were very kind enough to do a courtesy fluid check for me and let me know what is going to be needing replacement on my vehicle to keep my car running strong. My whole experience was great! The store manager really made for sure that I left feeling confident and safe in my vehicle. I definitely will be returning to this location for further maintenance on my vehicle.
