had a very frustrating experience with Tire Choice yesterday. From around 2 PM until 6 PM, I went to five different locations trying to get a simple oil change, and I was repeatedly told different things. At one location, I was told they could not do it because the car was a rental. This was extremely frustrating because I spent almost four hours driving from location to location, only to end up without the service I needed. Customers should not have to waste an entire afternoon just trying to find out whether a basic service can be performed. I strongly recommend that the corporate management and the main manager review this policy and make it clear to all locations what services they can and cannot provide for rental vehicles. If there are restrictions, customers should be informed clearly before being sent to another location. Please improve the communication between your locations and respect customers? time. Four hours is a lot of time to waste for something as simple as an oil change.....
