Never again. They had my car the whole day 8+ plus hours to change a flat tire. Only reason I stopped here because I was in an emergency situation and need the repair regardless. Looked at the reviews and said okay let?s give it a try. Pulled in the tech let me know he would need it for a few hours and I was okay with that being I had to get back to work. I go back to see my car with a flat tire and just being lifted to check the alignment which they said to come back for another day. I get being short staffed can be a hassle and may delay work but 8 hours to change a tire ridiculous. I wouldn?t complain about this but as I was waiting someone else in the lobby mentioned he was there since 10 am and his car was just being pulled in as well, they gave him the excuse that his accessory caps on his tires where to hard to take off when a shop should have tools for that am I wrong? Mind you I dropped my car off at 8:20am left the shop at 6:00pm. If you read this the one star reviews matter just as much as the 4/5 star reviews.....
